Since 2000, DMG has been involved in developing new and innovative ways to increase capacity at many different levels from personal development to community development.  Identifying barriers and challenges to accessing opportunities is also very important in our collective journey towards self sustaining lifestyles.  Whether this means that DMG can help you increase business development, help your community to develop quality of life projects and deliver them to your people or strategize with you to help reach your goals in industry, government or the private sector.

We believe that through cooperation, dedication to hard work, initiating discussion and willing to try new things by thinking "outside of the box", we know that the underlying factor is that we care about our people and our communities and we want to help make a difference in a positive way.

We understand that we are at a pivotal time in terms of providing real, community based and beneficial opportunities for Aboriginal people and communities across Canada.  In terms of supporting the growth of new and existing Aboriginal firms, we are here to say that we are proud of being one, but that is not enough.  We know we have to be progressive, proactive, ready to do the work required and provide quality services to our clients each day we are on the job.

We believe in bringing together the necessary resources and people to get the job done.  Understanding how we can increase capacities where we need to the most will effectively increase the success rate of businesses, individuals and communities.  We believe in strategizing to find future and common opportunities that will benefit not only ourselves but the partners that we are fortunate enough to joint venture with on short  and long term projects or our clients that we are working for.  Mutually beneficial initiatives work for everyone.
